I feel like most voices in the dub have more personality, although this could just be because i dont speak the language. Also the tiger claws speak japanese even in the english dub, i never considered that this also is the original language. Will be interesting to see how you react to the dub voices (especially for Faraday)

The anime makes a mind-blowing amount of references to the game, too many to list, pretty much every scene from the show is an actual place in-game. And the game just recently got a huge DLC/2.0 update, highly recommend if you have a good PC.

2023-10-04 15:54:13 +0000 UTCYou mentioned in this ep the attention to detail in the world, specifically things you see in the background, and I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that the anime lifted so much from the game environment. The gameβs open world is this city and CD Projeckt Red put a decent amount of effort into it since players can spend 100+ hours roaming through it.
