I feel like she does. I know she's CAPABLE but she has a naturally sweet disposition. She also works really hard to make everything always seem okay and feel okay for everyone around her. Conflict might feel like a big threat and maybe even a failure.

Looking back, I have to wonder if she actually struggles with direct confrontations. One would assume otherwise, but people are complicated.
