You’ve obviously grown and improved an assssload as a reactor and content creator in general. But after all this time, I feel like I can definitely tell which character archetypes you’ve sort of gotten tired of coming across or annoy you just slightly lol. I imagine the speed with which you hopped on Iris’ case because of that first little outburst she had was probably a result of you seeing that sort of “hey newbie, follow the rules and learn respect for this place!! This ain’t easy!” archetype a bunch and maybe growing a bit tired of it, I’d assume lol

Iris is voiced by the iconic voice of Haruka Tomatsu who plays Gintoki in Gintama, Zero Two in Darling in the FranXX, Asuna in SAO, Kusuo in Saiki Kusuo, Morgiana in Magi, etc. etc. Benedict, the guy with the one hair out of place you dislike, voices Toge in Jujutsu Kaisen and your fav demon Rui in Kimetsu no Yaiba, and he is the main villain himself Shigaraki in MHA! Hodgins, the President of the postal company, is voiced by none other than DIO himself. Which also means its the same as VA as Papa Shirogane from Kaguya and Zeke from Attack on Titan.

2022-08-26 18:20:11 +0000 UTCRandom rant btw but I really dislike how in the intro it says "A Netflix Original Series" which insinuates that Netflix had something to do with the production and/or creation of the show, which it did not. Netflix simply bought the rights to the shows USA streaming rights so the only place to legally watch this show in America when it came out was Netflix, they are simply geographical distributers, nothing more. Kyoto Animation are to be credited with everything this show achieved, a lot of people mistakingly praise Netflix for the brilliance of this series which is quite unfortunate.

2022-08-26 17:23:25 +0000 UTCIt’s hard to notice in the very beginning, but each episode has a different character narrating their thoughts on Violet. For episode 1 it was Hogins and this it was this episode it was Erica. They say their initial first impressions of Violet and then by the end of the episode they form their own opinions on who Violet is and what their interactions with Violet made them realize about themselves. It’s a great way to measure character growth on a micro scale since each episode it like it’s own little story. (edit: sorry for any spelling and grammatical errors in my comments. I’m impatient and always post before editing LOL.)

It doesn't change the show in the slightest, its the same story regardless if you understand she is human or not lmfao. I still choose to believe she is a replicant because of the insane combat footage we've already seen her in, no shot some 12 year old girl is just shitting on grown men like that on a battlefield.
