Oh right I've actually been saving this comment! I should have posted this instead. This ED is a really cool callback to the ending sequence of season 1, where Deku is running alone but tripping a bit. And here in season 3 part 2, he's found his footing more and is running while thinking of the people that have supported him. If you go back and rewatch the first ending sequence for the show and compare it to this one, it's really interesting.

With the introduction of this intro I'd like to point out a fun story parallel: The intros showcase Deku's place as a hero. In the first intro All Might is basically like the sun, something that Deku is reaching towards but they are never actually in the same frame together. Always alternating between him and All Might, with All Might not even really acknowledging Deku's existance. The first outro is related, Deku is running after a star in the night sky that is impossibly far away. In the second intro All Might is jump flying far, far away through a city skyline but he and Deku can now be seen in the same frame, the goal of becoming the Number One Hero is tangible but far away. Deku smiling, filled with hope at finally having power with his goal on the horizon. The third intro: Deku stands and All Might joins him, they join hands finally coming together. Almost on equal footing. Deku showcases Full Cowling, advancing several paces with his internship. The fourth intro (which is one of my personal favorites) shows All Might and Deku at the beginning sitting on the same bench, pretty much at the same level metaphorically. But by the end Deku stands through the dust in front of All Might gradually taking over that role. And that brings us, sadly, to the current intro introduced in this episode: Where All Might's muscle form hand pushes Deku forward, encouraging him to move on without him and cutting to his Small Might form, showing he can no longer be the hero he once was. Such small little details in what are essentially mini music videos that preface the show, I enjoy little things like this.
