Ah… took me so long to work on this drawing Orz… Originally thought I can finish this as well as a new sketch last week, but end up spending a lot longer on this drawing than I planned to…
As usual, colouring the girl isn’t hard at all, took a few tries to get her hair and eye colour looking right, but the most time consuming is her kimono… Being a perfectionist, when there is just small error I redraw the whole part etc.. just the waist obi itself took me 3 times to line it Orz.. then the pattern is really annoying too, overall it was a very tiring process…
As for the background, since I am trying something new kinda… it took me quite a lot of tries to get it right.. Originally thought to draw the crowd individually but then I realize it will not worth the effort and so they will be just silhouettes… Took really long to adjust the lighting etc, I really hope this looks fine >A<
