The cadets finally choose their Hogwarts houses, with everyone going to Gryffindor, except Annie who chooses Slytherin.
Everyone is inspired by Erwin's smooth voice and his intense horse riding.

It’s reasonable to assume two military branch leaders would be sharing information on something that important That’s pretty much the explanation everyone has for it

Almost no one wants to join. There are high death rates. They're facing huge threats to humanity. And those that do join feel more brave and honorable than any other person on the show.
