in an attempt to help you help know me better as well as share more of myself with the other fans I want to answer these questions too! Philosophy: Marcus Areilius's meditations, Sun Tzu's art of war. Lessons from avatar? Greatness and your destiny will only work when you do/ be open, be kind, be understanding, but dont be afraid to stand for something and be yourself. Introducing people to avatar? anyone and everyone i know who hasnt seen it. Reaction videos? i like these for their authenticity and analysis, but reaction videos scratch the human social itch. Discord? i have one and would love a goodwin fruit network discord. Advice for others but not followed? push yourself to your absolute limits and settle for nothing less than what you deserve. People objectively good or evil? When people have the luxury and ability to be good they will be, but selfishness is born from survival and evolution, people are selfish for a reason. A good life? a good life is one that is lived with purpose, but your purpose can only be decided upon by yourself. Selfishness=evil? not evil, cruel, efficient, sometimes necessary, but not intrinsically evil. Hope this wasn't just a huge meaningless word dump. love this channel and content.

I was a philosophy major for my first two years of university but then I switched to economics in my third year. Hegel wasn't the only reason, I also was thinking about working in finance (which I did, briefly). But I'll always remember Phenomenology of Spirit as the book that pushed me over the edge lol. But even after I changed majors, I took philosophy classes as often as I could as electives.

Oh mmaan I'm in the thumbnail. I'm fan boying!!!!! Thanks man ♥

Awesome questions, & good memories of the old Bx26

Manuel Alves

From philosophy to?

Max Pickartz

Hegel's Phenomenology of Spirit changed my life forever. What I mean by that is it made me decide to switch majors 😂 (But looking back I learned a lot from it)

Alex G

I have heard really good things. I would love to watch it at some point :)

Alex G

I am from Germany and i read some philosophers books, even in the original language, Hegel is one of the most difficult to read philosopher

Max Pickartz

You should consider watching The Good Place, either personally or as a reaction series. The content is sort of mainstream philosophy lite, but it provides the opportunity to have in-depth philosophical and psychological dialogue which seems to cater to your audience.

Patrick Torres

Ahhh you have indeed knocked at the garden gates, eaten its fruit, and tasted its mysteries.

I love how this just turned into Philosophy time. You're a very down-to-earth guy and you're well-read in this type of stuff so it's really awesome for me to listen to your opinions on things, because it adds perspective. While I'm not very knowledgeable in philosophy, I'm a big fan of psychology, so the stuff you got into at the end there really spoke to me. Love your content, as long as you make stuff I'll be watching :)

Aidan Pullen

That's a great question... And why do we park in a driveway and drive in a parkway?

Alex G

thats indeed the reason for me. but for ALTA and LoK its more to get to see their reaction if its the same as mine. and i just enjoy the serries so mutch must have seen them 10times full for some weird reason (most of them are reactions from other people)

Dennis Wolf

Thanks for the upload, and am looking forward to all the content coming! But I have a more fundamental question to ask. Why does our nose run, and our feet smell?

D DuB

I feel people enjoy reaction videos is because they want to rewatch something they love through new lenses and a new perspective. It makes them feel like they are rewatching it a second or third time. It's the same reason people show their favorite movies to their friends or family, it's because they want to experience it again. They can never get back the first time they ever watched it and wished they.could just delete their memory fo watching it so they can go through it again. Watching it with friends or family or through reaction videos of people who've never watched it before enables them to experience it like they are watching it for the first time again by experiencing the brand new reactions that their friends/family's/reactors offer them. Anyway that's my take as to why people love reactions so much.
