Hello everyone!

Jeff here. As part of our thank you for helping us achieve our $3000/month patreon goal, I stated that I would record the first few chapters from my own book The Cautioner's Tale. And here I am, only a month and a half later, bringing receipts.

So, this is a little bit from my book. No, it's not just a twitter meme. It's a real pages and ink book. Well, except that it's digital for the moment and unpublished for the moment.

So, what is this book about? Welp, here's a quick synopsis:

You can still die after the war. That’s a truth our hero now knows as he counts off each failure and trauma from the past eight months. Told as a first-person fictional memoir and brimming with dark humor,The Cautioner’s Tale offers a window into the impact of war and violence on young men. But it’s more than just a war story. The Cautioner’s Tale explores the aftermath of the Iraq War through a psychologically-damaged young man, thrown into a modern masculine culture that offers booze, drugs and tail in lieu of human connection.
