If you recently changed that then please make sure to resave your pledge via www.patreon.com/pledges after it is set to USD. If that doesn't fix things then please shoot us a private message or email and we will look into it.

You can fix it by making sure that your currency at the bottom of Patreon is set to USD and then by entering your billing information via www.patreon.com/pledges > edit (in the shipping fields). Please avoid using special or non English characters in the information. This should allow your reward to sync in.

I will discuss with our team to see if we can make it more clear by adding something on top of our page :)

2021-05-21 08:33:20 +0000 UTCI, too, am having problems getting my VIP island pass. I've connected my account 5 times but it never comes in. There's a part that asks for a 16 digit code, but I can't find any record of ever having received one and I had my silver island pass just fine before.
