Hello my dear, I create more than 12 skins per month, among which there is always free content including skins, nosemasks and make-up. I unlock all my CCs after two months. These may not be the official rules, and I'm sorry about that, but creating skins takes up a lot of my time. So every month I create 12 skins but I also unlock 12 skins! What I'm asking for is a tiny bit of patience. I love sharing my work with you and I think that waiting 2 months is always better than never unlocking the CCs (as we can see with many other creators including famous ones). Finally, if I unlocked my skins after a month, then I'd only be creating 6 per month. See you soon!
