Hart's House synopsis

ok so our idea for it is the show is like a early 80s-late 90s show 

essentially its like one of those kids puppet shows that teaches kids how to read or like... life lessons

hart is the protagonist, hes like a nice guy who lives in the neighborhood and gets into antics that he has to learn a lesson about. and then twirly moves next door and shes like the miss piggy, shes in love with hart and is the shows love interest who starts out kind of one dimensional but grows to have more character as it goes on. and last of the main characters (and not the side characters) is Kreepy and hes the antagonist, he causes trouble and mischief and scares people because hes a monster. theres like the episode where twirly tries to teach him to be nice and it works but at the end hes back to his old self but they stay friends etc etc

but the game we're making takes place after the show was retired and all the puppets, props and set are locked and thrown into the closet.

Hart was special, he was alive and sentient since the day he was made. his creator was a sweet old man who doesnt know WHY hart came to life but while the show was airing he was the only one allowed to "puppet" him since he was the only one who knew the secret that hart was acting on his own.

after the old man died, other people tried to puppet him but the voice wasnt coming out of hart anymore and it just didnt work and the shows ratings went down. they tried to reboot the show or make 3D versions but it never worked and hart would sometimes try to move or talk and it caused a lot of puppeteers to quit and rumors of haunting started happening til no one would do it

so the game stars Brook, theyre a prop person at the film building (other shows were produced in the same building) and theyre sent to clean out the old hart's house set and throw all the old puppets away. Brook however is a die hard fan of hart's house and its their #1 special interest so theyre allowed to take whatever they can home with them.

that included the box with hart and the other puppets (brook collects that merch and stuff)

so hart ends up coming to life and it turns into a dating sim type of VN

Admin is also a die hard fan of the show and runs the hart's house forum

hes a dick and is very cocky about his superior knowledge of harts house.

hes also absolutely in love with twirly from the show and no real woman is good enough

(brook is essentially the same though, brook isnt attracted to real people and is attracted to puppets jsdfjds)

so anyway, admin plays the part of a stalker type guy having grown obsessed with brook after they correct him on something he was wrong about in the forum

theres like a cosplay section in the forum and it made it worse for admin after he found out brook looks a lot like twirly

but yeah hes a loser and its gonna cause trouble for hart and brook XD

theres gonna be an alt route about admin

so he'll kind of be romancable
