FET v.1.0.8c - mostly cosmetic bugfixes, but...
Added 2024-04-17 18:53:46 +0000 UTCHeyho! A few days ago I released FET v.1.0.8b and I received some feedback on bugs which I wanted to iron out. Some graphical glitches, but more importantly imo, some continuity bugs. For example, during the slave epilogue, you could see and talk to Ikki before she had even arrived. There was also a possibility to skip the first time you'd meet Shady girl at the compound.
From my own testing that wouldn't brick your game and you could still reach the slave epilogue's current end(just before Eska and Desna arrive), but I wanted those problems fixed and that's what v1.0.8c is for.
I wouldn't advise updating your game if you've already been playing the slave epilogue and haven't reached its end yet. I did try it myself and managed to not break anything, but that might've just been me subconsciously sidestepping problems.
This build is mainly for people who haven't started playing a 1.0.8 build, or if you've already reached the end or if you want to play it again from the save you made in 1.0.7 that should be fine too. I'll include a concise instruction set to get from the point where the player reads Shady's goodbye letter to the end of the current build in the attachment for if you want a clear, quick path to the end

Is there any possibility to have ways to skip around when starting the game. I have played it through before but to get to stuff like the B4S epi I believe I'll have to play through the game again.

2024-06-04 02:04:46 +0000 UTCI finally caught up in my re-playthough of Slave Route and reached the end of the curent build. Very nice. I did take a few notes as I finished B4 and went into final chapter/epilogue. - Some of the dialog in the Final Chapter's start does not quite line up if you went slave route. MC talks about him meeting Toph in the swamp and helping out there, but in the slave route they only met at the South Pole around Jinora's birthday. - If you pick the Painted Lady, MC talks about going back to Korra and Jinora, which could fit with the Slave B4 route, but not if someone didn't do the optional Jinora stuff (although maybe this is already conditional dialog you configured for players who *did* the optional Jinora stuff?). - I did not see the Credits as I did the original release. Are those moved elsewhere? Might be cool to have it as an option on the main menu to play them on command. I liked seeing the familiar supporter names get a shout out. Epilogue: It's pretty fun so far; familiar with B4L start, but the differences as we go are appreciated. There is a lot i feel is missing in terms of character representation, but i know we are still early days so it's exciting to speculate on how it can build on the Love Route Epilogue as the Love route so often did from the Slave Route story chapters. I do find it a little odd with Jinora, being as spiritually inclined as she is, does not recognize the MC. Even when Jinora was talking about the time Tenzin was groped by Eska and Desna, she seems to imply her dad isnt like that at all. Hopefully she's just being secretive about the sexy past and we'll break her down as we go and she can open up about what happened in the past, but it feels a bit disconnected from B4S ending Jorina. I am looking forward to a full NTR-style takedown of Kai - maybe make him submit to MC like Desna. That feels SL-appropriate :) I also like the idea of perhaps corrupting Tenzin into a degenerate by making him face his past, haha. I guess he didn't take the letter we wrote him seriously. Hope he can continue down the paths of depravity.

The difference between slave and love route can be minor (mainly with book 1) or essential (mainly with book 4). Both routes (love and 'slave') will get an epilogue where you will end up with a harem of girls.

For some reason the fact that she is not even that much embarrassed by being in erotic situations with temp but still in her "I have a boyfriend" phase makes her so much more endearing to me. I do kinda hope she will eventually recognize who we were before because I love reveals like that in a story but right now she is cute.
