18Titans 1.3.4 - bughunt

Besides just working on this build I've also been doing some bughunting/fixing FET and didn't allow myself enough time for this build to be honest. You might be seeing that. Still I did my best to give you something new and hopefully exciting. I could use another two weeks if only improving what's just new in this, but that's something I always feel/think when uploading a new build.
I'll add a short spoiler log at the end of this post.
I'd like to mention I added a (possibly very buggy) skip function. In the main menu you'll find a link called "current build". It'll basically function as a save file which should put you at the start of the new content of this build. I really didn't properly check it since I didn't have enough time anymore so it's very possible I'll remove it again in the early access version. I figured it might be useful for bughunters who only want to quickly take a look at the new scenes etc.
Now of course (and as always!) if you find problems with this build or simply have some other insights/opinions which you'd like to share, you can write those down in the comments or send me a direct message. Both ways are fine and appreciated!
This build will continue where we left last time, right after dealing with the puppet king. Thanks and I hope you'll like this addition to 18Titans!
ps. I've seen most of the new avatar series on Netflix and I'm not disappointed! I didn't like everything, for example I've seen one of the actors in another role so often I can't possibly seen him as the character he portrays in this series and every time I do see him it completely pulls me out of the story. I'm not talking about Ozai. But that's hardly a fault of the show. There are some other things which made me raise my eyebrow, but generally speaking I'm looking forward to seeing more.

2024-02-29 18:31:34 +0000 UTCThat's a lot of very good feedback NIB! I've been going over it and I think I'll incorporate pretty much all of it in the early access version. Things like the disappearance of feet I hadn't noticed yet. Your suggestion to change the "meat" to "downtown" and linking it to the city is something I already tried myself, undid it and was still not entirely certain about whether I should redo it again, but with your acknowledgement of it being wonky I'll certainly redo it. Pretty much all the other suggestions are on point. The anal scene with the Sladebot will not be required for the main progression anymore, there'll be some Beast Boy dialogue changes etc etc. Thanks again!

2024-02-28 10:32:34 +0000 UTCSpelling/Grammar errors: 1) One sentence wasn't capitalized when talking to BeastBoy/Girl at their new job. Only reason I found it was because I randomly remembered (Oh right, I'm bugtesting, and making a list for this comment.) looked at the dialogue, and it happened to be on the sentence. Honestly, I wouldn't even bother trying to fix/correct it since it's so minor. 2) Honestly, I wasn't really paying attention to the Spelling or Grammar this time. Bugs found: 1) When replaying Ravens footjob scene, the first few dialogue boxes are empty, your dick, her legs, and her feet disappear (heh, ironic). when she returns to painting her nails, she entirely disappears, except for her eyes, and her polishing hand. 2) The warehouse is still destroyed in the "Jump to current version", where it's repaired in the last build. 3) If you haven't helped Pantha as a "Spotter" she'll ask you go to ask her if she saw Terra. From there, you have to finish her scene, get back at night, then continue the next day. Doesn't break anything, but probably worth mentioning. Notes: 1) You may want to make it easier to understand that you need to choose anal with the sladebot to access the bulk of new content (probably a side effect, since I noticed I can't skip dialogue I've seen in previous builds, so memory on what scenes were viewed got messed up?). 2) I don't think you need to label the "Expelling batteries" scene as "Scat". Feels more equivalent to just popping out some anal beads. I don't really think it needs the warning. 3) When Cyborg asks "why would you want something in your back pocket to blow up?" I feel like a good response would be "What if the communicator gets hijacked or stolen? Could be a good "meta" bit when considering Season 5 of the show (even if it didn't explode, just short circuited itself). 4) It feels a bit weird for the dialogue of meeting Beast Boy/Girl on the street is the same, regardless of gender. 5) Maybe when Robin asks "You ate a cheese pizza yesterday", Beast Boy/Girl would instead say "I'm a vegetarian, not a vegan. Big difference." I will say that I enjoy "I have my weakpoints", so I'm very of torn on changing it. 6) Would be nice if BeastGoy/Girl had a bit of reaction to either calling them a Teen Titan, or "My little goblin slut" (especially if the latter is said when he's a He). 7) when you encounter Terra's map marking the end of the build, just keep in mind that the Starfire/Raven scene comes after it. Just noting so it's remembered for when we get to the next build, to minimize the chances of the game breaking due to sequencing (or something, I'm not sure how the line of events works). 8) For the "Jump to current build", you may want to set Jinx and Blackfires resistance the lowest accessible in the previous build. Had to work her down from sucking everyone's dick. 9) Maybe rename "Meat" on the main outside tower as "Downtown" or something, and just have it connected to the rear view of the city. Otherwise, it feels like a weird pitstop. 10) with how many scenes the game now has, maybe consider changing the Saved Game layout to the same one you use for FET. I'm already on page 13, trying to keep track of first time/Unique scenes. 11) if you manage to get out and look for Terra while Raven is shopping the day before the footjob, it be nice if there were some hidden dialogue or something. Nothing major, but maybe just something. Overall thoughts on the new content: It took a surprising amount of time to access everything except the Raven footjob, and the Jinx fisting, due to the game not considering you already have the batteries, and needing to replay the robot anal. The rest of the build was fun Especially loved the Raven/Starfire stuff. It's a shame we couldn't add Terra's humiliation of Jinx (I always look forward to assisted humiliation), but you're short on time, I'm sure it's a lot of work (I'm not being sarcastic, I just don't know how much work that scene would take, I'm just sure it's a fair bit.), and it's the shortest month. It's understandable. The jump to current version button is a good addition. Highly suggest keeping it to help test later builds, or just skip to new content. Overall. Aside from Ravens footjob scene being bugged on the replay, and that we needed to try replaying robot anal to access the new content, pretty good. That's all for now I guess.
