少し体調を崩してしまい、38℃くらいの微熱と腹痛、頭痛があります。解熱剤が効かず（頭痛だけ治りましたが）病院に行っても原因が分かりませんでした。
今日は仕事を休んでゆっくりしています。皆さんもお気を付けてお過ごしください～。
I have been feeling a bit under the weathr, experiencing a slight fever of around 38°C, along with abdominal pain and headache. Fever reducers haven't been effective (headache has subsided), and even after visiting the hospital, the cause remains unknown.
Today, I have decided to take a day off work (job) to rest. Please take care, you, and make sure to look after your health~.
