Original Toph. If you change the characters' appearance too much from the source, you might wind up losing some interest. I don't know how feasible it would be to have an earthbending scroll to age her up or down like katara's boobs in book 1, but if that's something doable, maybe look at that?

I would say keep her size and shape the same, but aging her up in terms of personality and overall character would be a good idea. Just good to keep everything as above reproach as possible, and personally, I think it make the character more interesting anyway. Maybe she's just short, ya know? Plus, that satisfies both side the discussion pretty well I think.

Hello, love the game, big fan of your work. Wanted to talk about Toph and the whole idea of age with all of you. If you go the route to age Toph, she will no longer be Toph. Everything about this character will just feel wrong, don't go down this route only to help a small number of people get over some small minded worry. If they wanna get down to brass tax with the topic, most of the love characters in book 1 &amp; 2 are not aged and look 100% like the characters on Tv. (Ignore some breast sizes and other small details, it was done in a respected manner) This is pretty much set in stone the moment the game was made, no point trying to change it now. I hope you and your team keep doing amazing work, here's hoping you pick the right choice &lt;3

I kinda hate to bring this topic up, but since this seems to become an extended discussion, I just think everyone should have the same base of knowledge. I don't know how much you concern yourself with the legal aspect of this project, but although I obviously would like to keep this fun project as far away from the heartless realm of law and order, it’s kinda necessary to know: Currently, countries that have made it illegal to possess (as well as create and distribute) sexual images of fictional characters who are described as or appear to be under eighteen years old include Australia, Canada, the Philippines, South Africa, South Korea and the United Kingdom. Now, depending on where you live, this might be an issue for you or not, but I kind of feel maybe it’s not so great to go down this route either way. I‘m also pretty sure the disclaimer „All characters have been aged up to 18 and exist in an alternate reality where events started years into the future“ on the home page doesn’t just exist for fun – but if you claim it, you can’t just keep Toph as is since „as is“ she’s clearly not 18. I‘ll admit, as I said before, I’m not the biggest fan of young Toph either way, so it’s your right to say I’m biased, but I’ll still hope you consider my point and make sure that, if in the end you go with young Toph, everything is alright from the legal point of view.

I would say age her up, there is a way to do that that would keep the look of Toph from the original show but still make her look more mature for people who aren't into loli. You can always look off the Avatar comics like The Promise and the Rift for ideas on Teen!Toph.

I prefer the original Toph, while many things have been changed from the original Avatar story I've actually been pretty surprised at how many lines and events have been incorporated into the game. I don't think aging anybody is the way to go.

If Toph is not aged up it could become quite creepy... In the show she feels a lot younger than both Katara and Azula so I would be more comfortable if she was aged up a bit.

First of all feel better and thanks for any information, it's always awesome. For toph I would say it would be best to see an example of what both would look like before we decide. Just a single image of both either nude or not depending on which one you think will lead to a clearer answer. Alternatively there could be a potion like katara that switches it if that's not too much trouble or if she ends up being set as one or the other you could still have a section of the story take you to the past or future to see the other one for a little while, either as a dream or some kind of avatar training progress that has past or future toph help you. Then you bang her but also still the help for story purposes. So you would still get a bit of both

I say keep her the same design, everyone else is, and do what you did with Katara a bit, but instead of changing her breasts size like Katara change her to be older and have you unlock it before doing anything naughty with her so people not interested in regular toph are not forced to do anything with her. Thats just a long way of saying keep her the same and only offer to change her as an option.

If we're using a timeline, Book 1 had Katara when Aang was first visiting the Southern Water Tribe and Book 2 had things near the end of the series. I'm assuming Book 4 will be in Korra's future timeline so that would leave you a lot of wiggle room to play with Toph as far as what age to go with. Personally, I've been a fan of Morganagod's busty adult Toph, but at least aging her up a bit might be the way to go.

On the Toph topic, I personally would like to have it set a little bit later than the series to have her just a bit aged up - without changing the personality ofcourse. But then the Avatar reference is not the most important thing about the game for me, so I could see the hardcore avatar fans going on the fences which is why I would be fine with both ^^
