Asking my community - open and public vs exclusive content?

Hello everyone!

With more than a thousand paying supporters of my mission, it's time to do a check-in! I posted a similar poll for my YouTube channel members, and I need to ask you as well. Many of you signed up and told me that you were here mostly to support my mission. When I've asked before about exclusive content, most of you have said something along the lines of either you're here to support the mission because I add value, so whatever choice results in more content and insights is the preferred path.

However, it's been a while since I've asked, and many of you are new (probably several hundred since I last asked). So, which do you prefer? Do you want me to continue with exclusive content for you or do you prefer that everything be open and free? This could include the webinars, podcasts, and so on.

Personally, I do prefer open and free - that's the best way to have maximum impact after all. At the same time, my mandate comes from YOU. You are the ones who have decided that my work is worthwhile, so I need your feedback and input.

I think it's best to keep the interactive content (discord, webinars...) as part of the subscriber model so that you know who is actually willing to spend that amount of money on you year over year. I as a subscriber don't support the idea of subscriber-only videos or podcasts, they are too important not to be on YouTube.

Plenty of people are here to support the mission. Making the content free doesn't mean people will cancel, though some might.

So…am I missing something? How will you support your time spent providing info? So yes, we would all enjoy free and open, but how does that help you? I’d hate to see a loss of quality if your needs are not met? Is your subscriber base big enough to get worthwhile sponsors?
