Just wanted to let everyone know that my account was restored! Again, thank you so so much to everyone for being supportive and giving my tips and ways to get it back asap. It worked! After 3 emails, they got back to me saying: "We're sorry that it occurred, and we'll do our best to make sure that it doesn't happen again". I still don't know why it was terminated to begin with. Oh well.
