2024-10-11 18:12:48 +0000 UTCI have such a random story that triggered a memory from this podcast from like six months ago, it does not involve Q or whatever the hell this guy was. But I have a friend who married a girl who I went to college with who married into a family with land in Arkansas. The girl is the mayor, small town of like 150. There is no police force for like 50 miles. My friend's cousins put in money and are now able to somehow kick them off and allegedly raped the son (what?). They asked if myself and 3 other buddies (ex-military guys--we are all older now in early-thirties could come for free room and board stay and just watch the town for a few months). This is in the south and one of us would be black, other Native American and me being white and one being a white woman (I have never been to the south so it felt relevant to say the ethnicity). The entire town is white pretty much. They also said they could deputize us. I do not know if that is legal. I passed the police exam a year ago just to prove to my cop cousin I could (it was not that difficult, it was kind of fun to take). Who knows. But we all were like this sounds really strange. Place is beautiful. Also apparently one of the rooms in the hotel they run is haunted if not two. And I love how one of the comrades jumped at the chance to take that one. "So, the plot of the hills have eyes?" one buddy said. Feel free to go out with us.
