2023-03-12 22:02:19 +0000 UTCMattathias is correct that there is DOJ naming of individual GRU officers involved in the DNC hack, that's in the Mueller Report, pp. 38ff--which describes the hack in substantial detail. CrowdStrike identified the X-Agent malware on DNC servers; which is known GRU malware. The Dutch AIVD had also hacked the GRU in 2014, and monitored their activities via hacked cameras, and shared that intel with the US when the GRU hacked US State Dept employees in Nov 2014.

But I suppose it’s harder to get many people in Washington or the media to care.
