WH42.5K Main Character Concept Art
Added 2018-08-27 15:17:14 +0000 UTCIt's finally done after two months of work. The talented Muh Dipo/NOMANSNODEAD (https://www.deviantart.com/nomansnodead) has done it again. You may remember his work from the Ogre mech concept art a while back. Now he has done the concept of the main character of the future interactive war comic parodying Warhammer 40,000. This twenty-foot tall war machine looks awesome.
Prologue Summary:
Ancient Inanis is an ancient (pun intended) Space Marine frozen since the Horus Heresy and his half-dead body sequestered for the Primaris Marine project on Mars. Brought out late after the Ultima Founding and centuries after the Indomitus Crusade ended, Inanis' body was to be used for the prototype of a new kind of Dreadnought that could house either a Primaris Marine or Space Marine. After centuries of testing, the Neo-Contemptor Dreadnought/Contemptor-Heracles Dreadnought, the only one of its kind, is now ready for field testing. Joining a relatively new Space Marine chapter mixed with Primaris and Space Marines of the Second Ultima Founding, Inanis is to be the spear tip of the Illumination Crusade that aims to break through the Cicatrix Maledictum and begin the reunification of the Imperium. The first step requires getting close to the Great Rift and securing a series of star systems that had been lost for one reason or another. Inanis and his chapter is to attack the Tau sept world, Nol'Yeth, a staging world for the expansionist and close-minded Tau who are preparing to attack in all direction to absorb more worlds. Inanis prepares to take them on with good graces and a middle finger ready to flick them off before he kills them.
