I... am dumb. This is long. But not bad news, at least

Hey there; um... this is... really stupid of me, and I am really sorry...
Some of you may remember the animation I started doing with Flare?

I attached the gif below if you haven't seen it...

SO. The reason I have had no updates on it, was because I was severely discouraged after my computer updated itself in sleep mode without my prior knowledge. When I started my computer back up, and opened SAI to work on it; ONLY 3 of the 19 frames were in the file.
If you don't know, even just sketching for an animation is.. kind of hell. Especially doing it in SAI, which is not an animating program (had to use it because my tablet works best with that program); and when only three frames were left in my files..
That was WEEKS of work gone, and that's ONLY for the sketching phase.

I just recently decided to put what I have of it up publicly on FA and dA (which I sill will do after this post), and... I found the files. I don't know HOW, exactly; but I have "two" SAI files for he animation that somehow have the exact same filename. One with three frames done... and the other, with nineteen frames done.

Why or how it saved with two files of the same name instead of overwriting the first one, I have no idea.

On the one hand I'm very happy; because that means I can continue to work on it without starting all over...
But I feel really, REALLY stupid for not noticing this sooner. ><;

So yes. This was a very long, stupid post.. But I will be continuing to work on the animation when I get the chance to.
