Recent(29.2.24) Development Content——Maps and Attack System

Development is far more difficult than we imagined, and as we have recently returned to university and become busier and busier, development time has become less and plans can never keep up with changes.

Firstly,Thank you for your subscription and attention. Here is a brief introduction to my game project and the content and mechanisms I want to implement.

That's why it's so slow, I have too many places to be busy, too many things to juggle, and I don't want other people to meddle in my affairs.

Therefore, difficulties are inevitable during this period, especially since we are using a relatively complex game engine - Unity, which requires me to slow down the progress for programmers to check and optimize their code.

So this is my recent work - I have completed the material production of the map, these three maps are presented in the form of levels, and the difficulty increases. I also added some collection elements, which will be distributed in various corners of the map for exploration (actually there is nothing good to explore), and some objects on the map can be moved or destroyed

Of course, some details and logical behavior adjustments will be made later, but overall it is like this. There are many routes to escape on each map, but I will set the most reasonable route as my set route, and other routes are explored by the players themselves.

Later, I will gradually add dialogue boxes and Schbatruien’s avatar to let players feel the pressure from Schbatruien. Escaping is the most important!

Then, I updated some of Schbatruien’s materials, including the style of hands and bare feet, to make it more in line with my current style. First, I put up the attack method of her barefeet



some hand movements and her stepping action wearing socks. Due to the length, I can’t show them one by one. You just need to know that she will have many kinds of attack methods and you need to be flexible to avoid these attacks


Additionally, regarding the issue of CG and dialogue boxes, I am currently not considering adding dialogue boxes, otherwise it will further extend the development cycle. However, CG will be gradually added, and I will try to draw a CG for each ending. Although the workload is large, I can only take it slowly

Next week, I will showcase the details and mechanisms on the map to help players understand in advance
