Thank you for your subscription and attention.I will continue to develop this project until it is completed or I am unable to continue due to any unforeseen circumstances.and...
First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the tremendous support from everyone. It is truly an honor for me. Secondly, as it is the end of the term and also the exam month, my specialty tends to be very busy during this period, so the development progress will slow down. However, I assure that I will release the first complete demo video of this project at the beginning of next year. Due to the unexpectedly large workload of the main game, I have decided to focus on developing a series of mini-games alongside the main game content to ensure that people understand what we are actually doing.
The ultimate goal of this game project is to be listed on the Steam platform, so the quality of the game must be on par with, or even surpass, other independent games of its kind. I promise that all subscribers who have sponsored this project will have access to the beta testing and will be able to play the entire game body at a more favorable price or even for free.
Now, I will share some of our recent work. These are demo videos sent to me by the programmer I am collaborating with, for our reference only. The next main task will be to develop this mini-game, and I will also include this project in the scheduled demo video.(It's not convenient to upload only one video, so I can only briefly talk about the current situation...)
We have currently implemented character movement and dynamics, as well as map functionality, including the pursuit of the protagonist, and walking and running effects. However, we will continue to refine these features, adding more details, more dynamics, and the implementation of obstacles and power-up items on the map, UI,among other things.I expect it to be completed by the end of this month.
Additionally, it is worth mentioning that I have agreed with the programmer that the game will be developed in a modular fashion. This means that the series of mini-games currently released are independent of the main game that is under development. Therefore, we will gradually release the programs of these mini-games on Patreon for subscribers to play and even to discover any possible bugs. However, our ultimate goal is to fully realize the development of the main game, that is, to present the entire Giga-TroubleS to everyone. These mini-games will be integrated into the main game, forming a complete game project.
Thank you for your support again.
