Blackout WIP
Added 2019-01-10 08:09:50 +0000 UTCNoticed there wasn't a lot of anything With Raichu in the "Libre" outfit, so I figured "why not draw Blackout in an old suit of his?"
Not sure if canon or not for him yet, though.
Also this was the first thing I've done on paper in like a year; need to fix that. Xp
