There're 2 android files, one with the old package name, and another with a new name.
If you have problem installing the apk, try the one with new name. I'm not sure if it would fix it, but that's the only fix I can think of.
If you don't have problem, use the old name apk.

Changelog 0.28:
- Toru story that was supposed to be released together with 0.27 Momo, so it's not that long either, but there will be 2 new scenes, and 3 CGs. You can start this story after the Mall rescue section AND having seen the scene where Toru was having fun at the bus stop.
- This will probably be the last update for V1, unless any game breaking bug occurs. The next one will be the start of V2, and hopefully will be released by the end of October.
