Hey guys! today I'm going to share how I made my suit...
Any questions, don't hesitate to ask :)
I drafted out the pattern using my measurements and then cut them out...

Lot's of pieces cut out.. this help shapes the suit..

I started off gluing the side panels front and back, here's a picture of back..

Next I installed the zip..making sure I coated both sides of the zip with Copydex. Which makes a latex skin on normal fabric so you can adheres to latex sheeting.

Next I moved onto the front...cut out my Bat symbol with a 1cm seam allowance and glued the suit over the top... light markings on the bat to help guide me.

Time to install the legs, back anf front...

Sealing the suit together.. I started by gluing the crotch together...and working down inner leg seams..

Now it's time to install the sleeves...I like to use a cellotape for curved seams.. once down it's time to seal side seams from arm to leg

I like to glue in stages.. 1) arms 2) torso and 3) legs...

Last piece to install is collar, here's a collage in stages...

Final thing, I like to line my latex to help against splitting, Collar, arm hole and leg...circles cut out and glue on stress pionts, arm pits and crotch..

And that completes a latex Batgirl suit..Hope you enjoyed :)
