(2021/12) H-axiom Fans' poll and survey (For Fanbox and Patreon)

To emphasize. there is some change in future card releases for security reasons. I mention it in the survey, please read it.
The poll will be separated and independent. For supporters, you are able to poll for an unreleased additional character as a reward for this month.
For other fans, they can poll for one of my cards in fanbox to release in condition (For example. twitter followers or Retweet goal reaches for criteria).
For fairness, everyone has only one vote so I need your ID to make sure no repeated votes within the same person.
