2023-08-16 15:47:40 +0000 UTCSo, saunas are actually really good for muscle relaxation due to the heat increasing blood flow. It's also really good for your skin. Any more than 20 minutes though, you could start to overheat and experience heat exhaustion. It's usually recommended to do after a workout to prevent sore muscles.

2023-06-30 18:22:38 +0000 UTCZuha in recent LSF variety has been insanely cute. Like as she learns more korean, you can really start to see the maknae come out. Leniverse ep. 16 is like the first example but more recently in like their 1N2D, as well as the Dope club interview they did for Mnet.
