Changes to Rewards Distribution Method

Hey everyone!

I'd like to announce a change on how the rewards will be distributed starting from the next illustration and I want to be completely transparent with you, so you can understand the reasoning behind it.

Right after posting the 2nd Reward I noticed that there's a small group of people that started pledging and removing their pledge in a very short period of time, after getting in touch with Patreon's support I was told that people that pledge can see all past pledge tier posts and download the rewards if they were added to posts, even if they haven't been charged yet, which actually kinda defeats the purpose of having exclusive illustrations.

It actually feels a bit disrespectful both towards me and towards all of you as patrons if people just come and grab all the work without supporting it at all, plus there's the chance it might get posted elsewhere. Also the idea of exclusive artwork was that if you support my work you'll get artwork that won't ever get posted again elsewhere, it's not quite the idea to have people join say 5 months down the line and have access to all the art that first day backers had, it sort of defeats the purpose of it being exclusive.

So here's what's going to happen:

I'm going to edit the past posts and I'll send via email to all of you the appropiate rewards for your tier level and remove the illustration from the posts wall to avoid incidents like this in the future. If for some reason you prefer the rewards to be sent via direct message send me a heads up and I'll make sure to do so instead of via email.

I hope you understand why I'm changing the distribution method and that this won't affect anything else, namely tiers or quality or the usual distribution schedule.
