Especially since most Changeling go full kill all witnesses mode when outed as being a Changeling. But this one has made no move to attack or take hostages. A Grey would probably have come across many strange and peculiar sights during their journeys (like a Mountain Troll playing the Violin, or a Mimic who acts as a mobile rocking chair for the elderly), so maybe a kind Changeling isn’t so far out of the realms of possibilities?
