Ideal File Length

What's the ideal length for a file?
And in the comments - do you like the quickies? The files under 10 minutes long?

That's not really the issue for me, I'm just always trying to incorporate storytelling in the files and once I do that, I'll cut any fluff that doesn't feel like it's progressing things. Which I know is different to most people who do hypnosis content, so I'm always looking to learn how to marry those two things in the most entertaining way.

2023-07-18 19:59:41 +0000 UTCComplicated... Shorter makes it easier to listen to, while longer is often more immersive, once hooked... So... shorts are fine to me for regular and longer for extra with enough time. Honestly, I often prefer shorter files because they are often loopable. Or better for short stories like your quickies. *AND* very long files to really have the opportunity to let go, once hooked or desiring to go deeper or just because the theme is made for (for long term effects or long term training perhaps). Longest is far way better although it's sometimes harder to listen to.
