But by becoming the narrator, You can really shape the experience by describing all those sensory experiences that are hard to convey when You're speaking AS the hypnotists. However (and unfortunately because it could be very fun) she is unable to charm the player but the dialog is fun because you can make her believe she succeeds (spoiler alert : she commands to empty the chamber pots and before that to wear some pink clothes :p ).
