Update: Nidoume no Jinsei wo Isekai de

as posted on my blog, J-Novel Club has licensed Nidoume no Jinsei wo Isekai de. Here's the full mail from them:

You may have noticed on the news, but we have  now licensed Nidome no Jinsei from Hobby Japan, and have begun releasing  the series officially.

As is our usual  procedure, I'm emailing you to request that you remove your translations  of the portion of the web novel that correspond to volume 1 from your  website, and when we begin to translate volume 2, please remove those  chapters as well etc...

As you seem to have a  patreon and are actively profiting off your fan translations, please  remove any patreon only rewards from Nidome no Jinsei or make them  public for everyone.

Please keep in mind that  Nidome in Jinsei is copyrighted material and without the explicit  permission of the author your translation is in violation of Patreon's  terms of services.

We would appreciate it if you could also  link to our website or put links to the ebook releases (feel free to use  affiliate links) so your readers know where they can actually support  the author.

Well, as you can see there was quite a bit more from what I officially posted on the blog. Though I consider the mentioned points about Patreon as grey zone as those chapters would be released anyway, but oh well.

Fact is that any further work on Nidoume would only lead to more troubles in short and long term.

Of course, that's also a huge damper after having finally set up everything for a new Patreon system, but I guess that's how life goes. You never know what comes next.

At any rate, I hope you, the patrons, can understand that I will need a bit time to rearrange things and to consider how to proceed.

Still, I want to at least keep you updated. That's the least I owe you. :-)
