Hidden Details: Everyone is Home

Welcome to the two-hundreth-and-seventh and final episode of the Hidden Details blog!

Have you found some obscure reference or detail in this comic? A JoJo reference? A sneaky little Loss? A callback to a previous comic? Let us know what you've found in the comments! Every detail that has been found will be added to the list below. Once everything has been found, this comic will officially be marked with "all details found".

Link to the comic for your convenience

Please only comment with ONE hidden detail or reference!

There's one Loss, one Balthazar, one Miep and one crewmate. Bonus comics don't count.

FIRST PANEL
1:
Samanosuke Akechi from Onimusha and Ryo Hazuki, both Japanese characters from relatively niche franchises, are congratulating each other in the background of this panel.
2:
This week's loss is visible in the dark rectangles on Samanosuke Akechi's shoulder pads. I'll give you a point even though you said "the samurai", Generic Hero.

SECOND PANEL
3:
The Gotcha Hand is doing his thing one final time in the background of this panel. It's been an honor, Brandon Digwood.
4:
Vault Boy is doing his iconic thumbs up pose and one of the Hands is giving one back! Isn't that sweet, Spirit of Gotham?
5:
This week's obscure retro character is Mr. Do, from the Mr. Do! arcade game. He's the little clown to the right of this panel.
6:
And this week's crewmate is visible in the darker spots on the Creeper! Appropriately found by Creeperkry.

THIRD PANEL
7:
Emil is looking up at Sans as they're flying home. I wonder if he's looking for a fellow skeleton friend?
8:
We can spot Ridley's tail on the bottom right of this panel. He doesn't need a Hand to fly home.

FOURTH PANEL
9:
Drake is waving goodbye to Yoshi and his Smash friends. Guess this is the last time we'll see him...
10:
A classic hidden detail: a window in the shape of a Smash Ball. Right above Isabelle in the top half of this panel. Good catch, edmg7!
11:
I decided that the Smash House is number 99, which is a reference to the year the first Smash game was released. Glad you figured that out, Ethan Cross!
12:
Balthazar is already home, apparently. He's watching the fighters return from the window. I think you meant panel 4, Carlos Hooper.

SIXTH PANEL
13:
Miep is walking in with the fighters; we can spot her tail in the bottom right corner. Very glad she made it home safe, Jon Brouse.
14:
No 末 anymore this week. Instead, on the fence in this panel, we can read 新始, which roughly translates to "new beginnings". So cool that you took the time to translate that, Deibys!

Details that have not been found are marked italic.

Comments

Kirby was running in for the photo in the fifth panel but apparently didn't make it, because he's nowhere to be found in the group photo...

BlueMew

Miep’s tail is seen in front of Peach in the sixth panel.

Jon Brouse

4th Page, bottom panel, Isabella 2 says she was watering the plants, one of her previous duties in the Animal Crossing game!

Jake Lyde

4th Page, top panel, a window pane is in the shape of the Smash Symbol!

Jake Lyde

2nd Panel: one of the Master Hands is doing that hand hole thing

Ben Luckeydoo

In the 6th panel there are some Japanese letters that say "new beginning"

Deibys

Crewmate on the back of the Creeper's head in the second panel.

Creeperkry

Conspiracy time: The flag on the Smash House mailbox is up, meaning that letters are in the box, waiting to be sent out. SSB6 confirmed?

Lord Circe

In the final 2 panels, we see that Smash House address is 99, the year the original Smash Bros came out.

Captain Rocko

Spyro in the third panel is flying home on his own. He usually can't truly fly outside of speedway/flight levels... UNLESS he is returning to a Home world! I wonder if he is going back to Artisans.

A Sad Fat Dragon with No Friends

Marth finishes both the comic and the entire series with a title drop which is both cheesy and incredible

Tolis

Mario and Cappy are looking at each other, since Cappy was instrumental to the plan to capture a master hand

Jonathan Stein

The number on the Smash House mailbox is 99, referencing 1999 when the first Smash Bros game came out

Ethan Cross

The blue and yellow pikmin colors are swapped

Christopher Rivera

Panel 4, the house across the street has the Smash logo for a window.

edmg7

Kanji symbols on the fence on the 6th panel.

Cameron Devera

In panel 3 Balthazar is watching everyone from the window of the smash house

Carlos Hooper

Ms. Pac-Man is in her iconic pose in panel 3 while she's riding a Master Hand. The last Hidden Details post... it's been quite a ride. Good luck, Abel and WPS.

BenjaMan64

Master Hand got us again in the background of Panel 2

Brandon Digwood

Loss is on the samurai's shoulders in panel 1

Generic Hero

Vault Boy and a Crazy hand are giving each other a thumbs up in panel 2

Spirit of Gotham
