FIRST PANEL
1: Simon is reading a book called "Polygamy for Christians", referencing both his polyamorous relationship with Bayonetta and Dark Samus as well as his Undying Love For Our Lord And Saviour Jesus Christ and God, Our Father Who Art In Heaven, Hallowed Be Thy Name. Good catch, Brandon Digwood.
2: Also, a Blue Pikmin is chilling in the soil that Daisy is watering in this panel, as mentioned by Edgar Castro.
3: There's a picture of James Pond hanging on the wall right above Daisy. He's the protagonist of a 1990 game with the same name. Impressed you know his name, AwesomeAceZ!
4: The scarf Peach is knitting has some cute mushroom/Toad and crown patterns on it. Peach's personal branding is on point, Monet4Nakama.

SECOND PANEL
5: Byleth is wearing a shirt that says "Deer Gang", referencing the Golden Deer house from Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Found by BenjaMan64.
6: The cup Byleth is drinking coffee from is the color #629b56, or Wooden Plank green!

THIRD PANEL
7: Apparently the wind is so strong outside that Balthazar is being blown around outside, as noticed by Generic Hero. Poor guy.

FOURTH PANEL
8: This week's crewmate is visible in the scarf Peach is knitting in this panel. Good eyes, Adell Robertson!

SEVENTH PANEL
9: Joker is wearing his winter outfit in this panel. Seems he's ready for fall. And it makes sense since he's on the pro-fall side.

EIGHTH PANEL
10: Miep is chilling in the upstairs window, trying to find out what all the fuss is about. Glad she didn't go unnoticed, Spirit of Gotham!
11: Uh... I don't know why anyone would have to pay respect to it, but there is indeed a loss in the glass shards. Found by Cameron Devera.
12: Pit and Dark Pit are posing the same as Ellie and Abby in that one frame that became the "Abby Choke" meme.
13: Also, Daisy seems to be using her butt bash (side B) right above the Pits.
14: There's also a turnip flying around, most likely thrown by Peach or Daisy. It's the one that does 30% damage, too.
15: Rayman seems to have gotten his coffee at The Roost: we can notice a Brewster logo on his takeaway cup. Good eyes, A Sad Fat Dragon with No Friends.
16: Alan Wake, on the other hand, brought his own coffee in his thermos. These coffee thermoses are collectibles in the first Alan Wake game.
