There's one Loss, one Balthazar, one Miep and one crewmate. Bonus comics don't count.

1: Did I draw Igglybuff before, Fighting Master? I can't remember. But yeah, there's an Igglybuff standing next to Kirby in the first panel.
2: The Poké Mart in the second panel is promoting something called Foongus Amoongus, whatever that may be, UnSaxon51.
3: This week's loss is right underneath that, in the blue thing in the second panel. The blue circles form loss, as discovered by BenjaMan64.
4: Luigi is being healing items (Revives, specifically) in preperation for the Elite Four in the second panel, as mentioned by Tolis.
5: Behind Daisy in the second panel, we can spot a tiny portion of Balthazar/Stubunny. Glad you noticed him, Dempsey Garcia!
6: After wearing clothes for so long, Incineroar apparently thinks he needs to wear something, even though he's a Pokémon. So after ripping out of his clothes when he Dynamaxed, he took one of the Team Star flags and wrapped it around himself as a toga. Glad you think it's fashionable, Generic Hero!
7: Miep's tail is visible behind Daisy in the third panel, as pointed out by Cameron Devera.
8: Not only that, but the whole dialogue before Rika asks her first question is the same as in the game, Supercharged (CEO of 9-Volt)!
9: I did use Kirby's amiibo as a reference when drawing him, A Sad Fat Dragon with No Friends! Although the official art is flipped, I think.
10: The crewmate is visible in the logo on the doors in the final two panels this week. Good eyes, Daniel Myhre!
11: Another rare instance of Kazuya emotion: he smiles when he hears the good news in the final panel.
