Hi, welcome to the twelfth Pokémonday voting post!
Last week's prompt was:
Ideas for this town's Gym Leader!
Once again, great ideas everyone. I grouped all the butler ideas into one. I was on the fence whether this Gym Leader should be easy since it's the first town the player visits, but maybe it's a Giovanni situation and the Gym Leader isn't present until later in the game.
And now it's time to reveal last week's winner!
Prompt: Ideas for the Pikachu clone.
Winning idea: a jerboa (by Penguin64 and Gomi_Protoplasm)
Runner-ups:
2: a quokka (by Plubcol)
3: a lemming (by Spirit of Gotham)
Right until the very end the quokka and the jerboa were fighting for first place. In the end, the jerboa won with only two votes! Lovely little creatures though. I love their awkward long legs, so I made sure to incorporate those into the design.

2023-03-06 23:40:23 +0000 UTCIf you go with fighting princess, you could name her Zelda. Aside from the obvious reference, Zelda is a Germanic name that means “battle maiden” or “strong woman”, making it perfect for a fighting-type trainer.
