Link to the comic for your convenience

Please only comment with ONE hidden detail or reference!

There is ONE Loss, ONE Balthazar, ONE crewmate and ONE obscure retro character. Bonus panels don't count.

1: First of all, what are you talking about, Tejayes? I wrote Vagina perfectly fine.
2:
I guess the "Secret Shrine" isn't all that secret when there's a big sign above the entrance, Zach. This shrine actually appears in Echoes, by the way.
3:
Kazuya's little purple wheelbarrow makes yet another appearance. I would never have guessed that thing would be a recurring character when I drew it at the beginning of this arc, Deuce Ray.
4:
Correct Michael Ederer, the "30 year" remark by Isabelle is indeed a reference to Gaiden/Echoes' 30 year anniversary. Fun fact: it used to say 50 year, until The Negotiator in the Discord suggested changing it to 30 as a reference.
5:
You can see Incineroar and Kazuya be uncomfortable with the arguing couple in the third panel, as indicated by their little sweat drops. Good catch, Lord Circe!
6: UnSaxon51
found Balthazar who briefly joins the revival group in the fourth panel. You can just make out his little tail behind Ken's legs while they're running through the cave.
7:
Incineroar is using his down smash (Body Press) attack in the fourth panel.
8:
Yep, Alm is indeed using his Royal Sword, Daniel Myhre! I honestly can't remember Falchion even making an appearance in Echoes, but that's on me.
9:
One of the revenants in the cave wrote "Duma is love, Duma is life" on one of the rocks in the fifth panel, as pointed out by Miz Kriss. It's indeed a reference to that one Shrek meme. And yes, Duma is indeed the big bad from Echoes.
10:
Thanks for recognizing the Maui Mallard graffiti in the fifth panel, Generic Hero! Probably my favorite obscure retro game character.
11:
In the final panel, Alm and Celica carved a little A <3 C in the tree they're making out under, as pointed out by Cameron Devera.
12:
This week's crewmate is in the little decoration thingy on Celica's cape in the second to last panel, right next to Alm's knee. Your eyes still work very well, Trigger.
13:
One of the Revenants in the final panel is roasted to a crisp, probably by one of Celica's spells.
14:
Well... guess you're right, A Sad Fat Dragon with No Friends. But I mostly considered the fact that they used a Gargoyle's scythe to (re)kill a Revenant as the true hidden detail here.
15:
The same Revenant is missing a jaw, probably from being socked in the face by Kazuya in the fourth panel.
16: Jon Brouse
pointed out that Kazuya still calls Incineroar "muscular cat", just like he did when he found him in the cell in the Smash House more than a year ago. Nice callback to his first appearance, right?
17:
You fell for the fake Loss, VisionPlayer22. Take a closer look at the one on Lucina's badge. The arrows in the final panel do form loss however, so you get a point for that.

The details that haven't been found are written in italic.

Hi Terry, I had difficulty finding out about this character, but I figured out who it is on that panel. The character's name is Maui Mallard from Cold Shadow. Believe it is panel #9, where Ken, Lucina, Roy, & Isabelle are lost finding the last spring. I personally don't think its fair if I just get the credit for this find, so I hope Wooden Plank Studios gives you a shoutout too. Sean

Sean Chan

And I can’t help but notice they left the wheelbarrow in the cave after reviving Ike…

Jared Degear

The obscure retro character is of course Ken. ...jokes aside, I see it but don't know who it is. While not exactly Loss, the markings on Lucina's shield(?) look like a bait at one, and when I went through the first time I assumed this was loss.

Kiri

In the last panel, one of the zombies is pierced by a scythe This is a reference to the fact that he is dead (due to death). :)

A Sad Fat Dragon with No Friends

Celica has her legs crossed around Alm, whose crotch is dangerously near Celica's crotch, for their makeout session, implying that they're ready for kids.

Tim Lockwood

Even the narrative at the top of the first panel has a hard time spelling “Valentia”.

Karelia Cristina

The comment from Isabelle about Alm and Celica being married for 30 years is true, is has been 30 years since Gaiden.

D A

In the 8th panel the arrows are set up as loss

AwesomeAceZ

There's a very helpful sign pointing to where the "secret" shrine is.

Zach

Duma's the final boss of Gaiden/SoV

Pokedude14

Alm is fighting the Gargoyle with his Royal Sword (Falchion presumably still stuck in Duma)

Pokedude14

In the 7th panel on the tree is a small A♡C, for Alm and Celica, which are making out below it.

lawariano

Crewmate in Celica's cape in the second to last panel

Trigger

Balthazar is running with the group to revive Roy (just behind Ken's leg and Roy's cape)

UnSaxon51

Edit: Well, both of those were mentioned, so I'll mention Kazuya and Incineroar both have sweat drops at being left with the arguing couple.

Lord Circe

All these months later, and Kazuya STILL calls Incineroar muscular cat.

Jon Brouse

I don’t know who Duma is, but I recognize the “Shrek is love, Shrek is life” meme when I see one. (Page/Panel 5)

Miz Kriss

In the fifth panel, apparently one of the revenants is a fan of Maui Mallard

Generic Hero

Kazuya still have the purple and gold design wheelbarrow to carry the dead fighters, as it was used in the past revivals.

Deuce Ray

Isabelle's married for 30 years comments is I assume a reference to that, while the designs for Alm and Celica are the 2017 3DS game, the actual game they are from was in 1992, 30 years ago.

Michael Ederer

It says there is 1 loss but o can see a loss on panel 3 on lucinas badge, and on the final panel with the arrows

VisionPlayer22

This time, it’s WPS himself who mistook Valentia as “Verona” (the most robbed Eurovision song ever, btw). Now that the Victoria arc is over, I will be sad that we’re also done with the Venezuela misnaming joke. I’m sure Alm and Celica will be relieved over the ceased butchery of Volare-Via, though.

Tejayes

A + C heart carving on the tree in the 7th panel which Alm and Celica are K-I-S-S-I-N-G. ❤️

Cameron Devera
