There is ONE Loss, ONE Balthazar, ONE crewmate, NO JoJo reference and a whole bunch of hidden Pac-Men. Bonus panels don't count.

1: Another appearance of Kazuya's trusty wheelbarrow this week, as mentioned by Tim Vinson.
2: One can indeed spot a cherry in the background of the third panel, Phloxiana!
3: Plant gets hit by Mega Man's pellet in the fifth panel. Poor guy. He's also angry rubbing his head in the sixth panel, Zach.
4: This week's loss is divived over four panels. The lines in Luigi's hat in panel 4, 5, 6 and 7 combine into loss if you put them together. Glad you noticed that, Wallace Megas!
5: Sora's apple falls of his head in the sixth panel, adding some dramatic tension. Found by CSDX.
6: Pac-Man and Mega Man are equally confused as to what happened, and rightly so THEx. Who knew Mega Buster pellets could be consumed by Pac-Men?
7: Among the "SHOOT! SHOOT! SHOOT!" in the seventh panel there are also a few "JA"'s. Those are indeed Greninja's, Generic Hero, since he can't say anything besides his own name.
8: I was hoping for more a more specific location than "final panel", but you're right Cameron Devera: there's a teeny tiny crewmate confetti in the final panel, above Pac-Man's right hand.
9: Greninja is carrying Pac-Man and Mega Man with his tongue in the final panel. Ew.
10: After a uncommon brief expression of hype in the seventh panel, Kazuya is back to his stoic face in the eight, as Lord Circe pointed out.
11: Yeah, the boys are indeed recreating the William Tell story, Daniel Myhre!
12: Isabelle is so short she can't reach high enough to be in in the view, let alone reach Pac-Man and Mega Man in the final panel. But at least she's trying!
13: Oh wow, I hadn't even connected those dots, Fighting Master! But you're right, Kazuya is indeed reviving his Bandai Namco buddy Pac-Man!
14: Hm, we just chose a random ghost, Tejayes, but you're right, we did accidentally end up choosing the bashful Inky.
