There is ONE Loss, ONE Balthazar, ONE crewmate and NO JoJo reference. Bonus panels don't count.

1: Yep, the one making the signs for the dead fighters (guess that wasn't Isabelle) labeled Lucas as "other Ness", as we can see in the first panel. Good catch, Michael Ederer.
2: Peach and Daisy are using a laptop and a phone with a peach and a daisy logo on them. Might be decals, or they own tech companies as well. And they answer your question in that very panel, edmg7: they don't need more, they want more.
3: Hey that's very mean, A Sad Fat Dragon with No Friends! Ridley's little Pikmin flower (from when he was revived) is beautiful and you shouldn't shame him.
4: In the background of the second panel, we can see a toilet with a little crewmate on the door. Good eye, iampresennt!
5: Daisy is calling Timmy and Tommy in the second panel. No idea why they'd be interested in lingerie, but they're both entrepreneurs so maybe they're just exchanging useful tips, Trigger?
6: I think the ghost form doesn't appear in Mother 3 (if my research is correct), Jon Brouse! Apparently defeated party members in Mother 3 just hang their head and appear exhausted. But yes, those ghostly forms appear in Earthbound when a party member is defeated!
7: There's a little Balthazar plushie on top of the closet in the background of the third panel, as mentioned by Cameron Devera.
8: That's very nicely worded, Tejayes. Ridley indeed has a loss in his shoulder in the fourth panel.
9: That scruffy looking guy in front of the hospital is actually there in Earthbound as well.
10: Yes! I had to ask the Discord for the actual dialogue that appears when you interact with that sign right outside the hospital in Earthbound, but I made sure to make it align with the canon, Zach!
11: Good eye, Generic Hero. The Sharks (a gang that appears in Earthbound) left their tag on the hospital, as we can see in the fifth panel.
12: There's also a Runaways van visible in the same panel. That thing also appears on the Onett stage in Smash (I've been hit by it plenty of times). But you probably already knew that, Daniel Myhre.
13: I couldn't make an Earthbound comic without an Undertale reference, so I indeed put up a little medical poster featuring Sans in the fifth panel, Carlos Mendez!
14: The "Press in case of alien invansion" had a double meaning, Griffin Seeley! You're absolutely right that there's an actual alien invasion going on in that very panel, but it's also a reference to Earthbound's story.
15: The Pikmin in the final panel are all excited to see their "brother" return home/revive the Earthbound boys.
16: Haha it's barely in the picture, but I'm proud of you for noticing Bold and Brash in the final panel, Chj92!
