There ONE Loss, ONE Balthazar, and NO JoJo reference. Bonus panels don't count.
To start of with the weekly Loss this week: Carlos Mendez got it: it's in the banner in the first two panels.
There's a Yiga Korok imitating Master Kohga throughout the comic. Second-in-command perhaps, AquariusNerd.
Master Kohga references Donkey Kong's banana stash, since they are both avid banana collectors. Real recognizes real.
Yes Tejayes, the Yiga "eyes" keep emoting, just like Sheik's "eye" does. I love this small gag.
Haha glad you noticed the wojaks in the third panel, Iron Collie. It depicts a Sheikah as a crying soy wojak and a Yiga clan member as the chad "Yes." wojak.
Ganondorf is indeed being revived by the Ganon Revivatron 2000, Luke. It's made by the Yiga Corporation!
One of the Yiga Footsoldiers is taking a selfie with a... Sheikah phone. That must be like a Google employee using an iPhone, Zanreo.
I don't often use it but I still consider it a classic: the "cool S"! It finally made a reappearance in this comic, in the banner in the background in the sixth panel. Glad you noticed it, John Hattan.
Yep, I was feeling very mature today. In the final panel, the Yiga Korok is changing a sign that counted the days without an accident in the Yiga Hideout. The number on the sign is 69, of course. Glad at least Trigger things stuff like this is funny too.
There's also a wanted poster in the final panel depicting Balthazar. He's wanted for stealing bananas. Glad you noticed him, Cameron Devera. This is something he actually did in real life!
Speaking of bananas: Donkey Kong stole the Yiga Clan Mighty Banana hoard, as seen in the final panel! Now he's the undisputed king of bananas, Eli Hurtt.
The Yiga Footsoldiers, Kohga and the Korok are all indeed wearing safety goggles when reviving Ganondorf, Zach. They might be idiots, but at least they care about workplace safety.
Yes, Ganondorf is holding hands with the Ice Climbers in the final panel. Glad you thought it was sweet, Phloxiana, because I thought so too.
And finally: yes FoxdocDylan! Mario lost his hat in the last comic (it fell off when he was dropped in the Gerudo jail). I was almost afraid no one was going to notice it, so I'm glad you did!
Next week, I'll reveal all the details that haven't been found. These ones are written in italic.
