There ONE Loss, ONE Balthazar, and ONE JoJo reference. Bonus panels don't count.

1: Greninja and Yoshi notice a fight is bound to start in the first panel, so they hide into their egg and substitute, respectively. Good catch, Erin.
2: Some of Kazooie's chicks indeed make some background cameos, Trigger!
3: JoJo reference: Ganondorf is doing Jotaro's pointing pose in the first panel. Found by Conner Kavanaugh.
4: All the cupcakes indeed reference Smash franchises, Daniel Myhre! Among them are Zelda, Splatoon, Xenoblade, Metroid, Kirby, Mario, Fire Emblem, Pac-Man, Kid Icarus and Donkey Kong.
5: Ganondorf takes the triforce cupcake, since it's missing in the final panel. I thought that would fit his character, Aust Sakura Kyzor.
6: Kazooie is happily sleeping with some of her chicks in the final panel. Thanks for noticing, Marwan Abunura.
7: You're right, John Hattan! Wii Fit Trainer politely declines a cupcake because she's all about that healthy lifestyle.
8: Similar to Ganondorf taking the Zelda cupcake, Inkling takes the Splatoon one. Good eye, NorwegianSkull.
9: Yep, the books have some interesting titles, like Ledge Canceling 101, Olimar - the Biography, Smash History I and Smash History II. Nicely found, Clancker1223.
10: ...yet no one seemed to notice the first letters of those titles spell something...
11: ...and the "loss" on the Inkling's shirt is not loss at all, it's just a random collection of blocks. It was a red herring to keep you all sharp.
12: Good eye Tejayes! Sephiroth's oven mitts indeed have little pears (for bringing dis pear) on them!
11: Haha yeah, with how friendly Nintendo and Microsoft have been lately, I think that Xbox Series X was donated by Phil Spencer, Phloxiana.
12: Yep, most of the time I draw his little head but I decided to draw Balthazar's butt today, Adam Lyons.
13: There are some crumbs on Ganondorf's face, indicating he was successfully bribed. Good catch, Jonathan Stein.
14: And yes, Steve still hangs with the villain crowd, Zanreo!
15: You know what, Put 9-Volt In Smash Bros Please? I'll give you this one. I just tried to draw Sephiroth in a menacing anime pose, but you're right, it's very similar to his victory pose.
