Hidden Details: Bringing Despair

There is NO Loss, ONE Balthazar, and NO JoJo reference.

1: Waluigi is enjoying a nice WAppuccino in the first panel. Good catch, Zanreo.
2: Waluigi's mailbox (in the same panel) has the trademark upside-down L on it. Found by John Hattan.
3: There's some "loser" graffiti on Waluigi's house. It's indeed nearly identical to Squidward's loser-graffiti in SpongeBob. I'll count both your suggestions. CrazySeanDX and Zach Strand.
4: Yep, Crash Bandicoot is indeed wearing some fire Aku Aku slippers, Luke.
5: And Master Chief lives at number 117, referencing his full name (John-117). Nicely found, Put 9-Volt In Smash Bros Please.
6: Chief also has his warthog neatly parked next to his house. Glad you noticed, Charles.
7: Sora is wearing a bathrobe with Mickey Mouse shapes on it and is wearing Mickey slippers to boot. He's aware of who owns his rights, Zach.
8: All the locations are, for better or worse, the canon "homes" of the various characters. Waluigi (probably) lives somewhere in the Mushroom Kingdom, Crash is at his Bandicoot House, Chief is on a Halo ring (since his true home is a bit obscure and I don't even know if that planet still exists), Sora is on the Destiny Islands. Also, Phoenix Wright is in his office, Rayman is at the Snoring Tree, Dante is at the Devil May Cry office, Leon is in Raccoon CIty, Toad is near Peach's Castle, Bernie is in some American city. I'll give you a point for pointing out the Halo array, Daniel Myhre.
9: And yes, Bernie is among the "characters" that receive a Sephibutt letter. Thanks for noticing the meme, Trigger.
10: And as is tradition, there's a small Balthazar painting in the final panel and I can always count on Phloxiana to notice it.
11: Among the shitton of letters that Sephiroth is sending, a few names can be seen: Doom Slayer, Geno, Rex, Spyro, Shantae, 2B and Bandana Dee. I'll give you both a point, Eli Hurtt and Bujin Senpai!

After one week, I'll reveal all the details that haven't been found. These ones are written in italic.
