There is ONE Loss, ONE Balthazar and NO JoJo references.
1: You can see Mechonis in the background of panel 1 and 2.
2: Balthazar is a 'bunnit' in this comic. These rabbit-like creatures actually appear in Xenoblade Chronicles. Found by Phloxiana
3: The kanji on the Monado is the one for loss. So no, it was not Shield, CrazySeanDX ;) But I'll give you the point anyway.
4: Sharla screams her attack before performing it, in true Xenoblade fashion.
5: In the second panel, Gulliver is seen trying to figure out where he washed up this time. Found by Zanreo
6: You can see Sharla accidentally loading a 'death bullet' if you zoom in in the second panel.
7: Reyn is eating an Energy Aubergine. These things are found in-game and raise Reyn's friendship level by A LOT if you give them to him.
8: You can see how Sharla made the mistake she did: the only difference between the bullets is the heal bullet has a 'medic' cross whereas the normal bullet has a 'death' cross.
9: There's a balloon present floating by in the final panel. Found by Zach
10: Shulk's feet are visible behind the rock in the final panel. Found by John Hattan
11: Bonus: I did not deliberately voice (more) support for Black Lives Matter with that third panel and the A being obstructed. Huge coincidence though!

Anyway, as for a hidden detail, the Monado displays a yellow kanji for Shield(hope I got that right, I only used Google to tell what the kanji says), but as we all could tell, it....didn't really work.
