Welcome to the twenty-fifth episode of the revamped Hidden Details blog!
Have you found some obscure reference or detail in this comic? A JoJo reference? A sneaky little Loss? A callback to a previous comic? Let us know what you've found in the comments! Every detail that has been found will be added to the list below. Once everything has been found, this comic will officially be marked with "all details found".
The Patron who has found the most Hidden Details at the end of the year might win something nice... We still need to do the big reveal of last year's winner though!
Please only comment with ONE hidden detail or reference!
There is ONE Loss, ONE Balthazar and ONE JoJo reference.
Every single catchable Pokémon in Galar Mine No. 2 makes an appearance in this comic:
1: Drednaw underneath the sign in the first panel. Found by Alex Nelson
2: Gastrodon in the water in the second panel
3: Corphish and Barboach in the fourth panel
4: Shuckle and Binacle in the fourth panel. The Binacle has invaded Shuckle's shell, it seems. Found by Toon Draw
5: Croagunk/Scraggy in the fifth panel.
6: Noibat, falling from the sky due to poisoning, in the fifth panel.
7: Whimpod scurrying away in the fifth panel. Found by JakiStow
8: Stunfisk buried in the sand in the fifth panel. Found by Phloxiana
9: Shellos shielding his/her ears from Bede's ranting. Found by James Patrick Victoriano
10: Chewtle tucking his head in his shell for the same reason. Found by CrazySeanDX
Regular details:
11: There's a Balthazar button on my backpack. Found by Zanreo
12: There's a Power Moon button on my backpack (since I'm playing Odyssey right now). Found by Zach
13: There's an Animal Crossing logo button on my backpack (since I'm also playing Animal Crossing right now). Found by John Hattan
14: JoJo reference: The Grookeys are doing JoJo poses. From left to right: Avdol, Kakyoin, Jotaro, Polnareff. Found by AquaticMadman
15: There's a loss in the red crystals in the fifth panel.
16: And finally, the best hidden detail of all: this comic has two versions. One for Sword, one for Shield. The different versions were uploaded on different platforms and featured either a Croagunk or a Scraggy!
