1: Little Mac is quoting Doc Louis in his dialogue box in the first panel. Found by Zanreo
2: Sakurai has the Crest of Flames on his shirt. Found by Zoe Kunz
3: Little Mac's gloves are in the trash bin after reclassing. Found by Rich Hilborn
4: Byleth's desk has a little sign that says 'Free* reclassing! - *Seals appreciated'. This is a reference to needing Seals to change classes in Three Houses. Found by Phloxiana
5: Balthazar, reclassed as a cat, is next to Sonic. Found by Jacob Cervantes
6: The 1 that's normally on Villager's shirt is now on his... samurai-flaps. Found by Zach
7: JoJo reference: Ridley is holding a Stand Arrow. Found by James Patrick Victoriano
8: Little Mac is using an Assault Rifle from Halo. Found by Chris "TheChrisD" Daly
9: If you look veeery carefully (and zoom in), you can see the Gatekeeper making notes, because he'll definitely have something to report next time Byleth talks to him. Found by John Hattan

There's an Awkward Zombie reference with Ridley's class change. A dragon is riding another dragon. (I know you said class changes don't count, but I wasn't sure if that counts the Awkward Zombie reference. Even if it doesn't, I just want to point it out, lol)
