Welcome to the tenth episode of the revamped Hidden Details blog!
Have you found some obscure reference or detail in this comic? A JoJo reference? A sneaky little Loss? A callback to a previous comic? Let us know what you've found in the comments! Every detail that has been found will be added to the list below. Once everything has been found, this comic will officially be marked with "all details found".
The Patron who has found the most Hidden Details at the end of the year might win something nice...
1: As a reference to Terry's Engrish, 'Fatal Fury' is spelled 'Faaturu fururii' on Terry's hat. This is highly exaggerated though. I think the proper Japanese pronunciation of Fatal Fury would be フェート フリー (Fetoo Furii). Found by CrazySeanDX
2: Shulk has the Buster art active on the Monado in the second panel. Found by James Patrick Victoriano
3: Roy keeps chatting about his life and his father in law (Hector?) after Terry asks him if he is okay. Found by Rich Hilborn
4: Ness thinks 'Okay boomer', which is both a reference to the meme and Ness' catchphrase.
5: Wolf lifts his eyepatch in the second-to-last panel, revealing that he's fake as heck.
6: The islands in the background of panel 5 form Loss. Found by AquaticMadman
7: The invitation on Sakurai's desk says 'I don't even know anymore', mirroring my genuine confusion about the identity of the fifth DLC character. Found by Zoe Kunz
8: It felt weird to make Mega Man talk since he never does so in Smash, so I replaced his dialogue with *angry blee
9: The text in the final panel is actually pretty consistent and is full of lore-friendly facts and opinions. But I made up Wolf's full name: Wolfgang Ferdinand O' Donnell. Found by Alex Nelson
