Episode 7 in the Everyone is Home series already! And a late addition to the Bowsette hype as well, although I've taken a different approach compared to most artists.
I really liked the idea of drawing all the villains hanging out, drinking beer and playing games together. That's why they all look like college jocks, by the way. I also loved the idea of making a comic that depicts those villains arguing, fighting and being jerks to each other, but I couldn't think of a way to tie that to the final two panels and the Bowsette joke.
In the end, I tried to show that they really like to argue with one another (they're villains, after all), but they always come together when there's a chance to make fun of Bowser's waifu status.
Oh, by the way, if you have no idea who/what Bowsette is, stop reading, read this article and come back once you've done your research.
Also, I've intentionally made Bowser mention that it's been a week and the joke isn't funny anymore because I am VERY late to the party. Bowsette's popularity was peaking on Wednesday of last week, just when I finished the Little Mac/Isabelle comic. I didn't have enough time to switch comics and make this one last minute, so I had to live with the fact that I'd be making a comic about a potentially dead meme. Luckily, Bowsette isn't completely dead yet, and I think Bowser's frustration mirrors the internet nicely.
Let's get to the hidden details, okay?

Just like Mega Man last week, King Dedede is wearing a band-aid. He wears it on the back of his head, where he was mauled by King K. Rool in his reveal trailer.

The gang of villains is playing PlayStation All Stars Battle Royale. Sony's answer to Smash from 2012. Whether this makes you happy or angry is up to you!

The Villager from Animal Crossing is among the group of villains. You can see his silhouette in the second panel (Ganondorf talks to him) and in the bottom left corner of the fifth panel:

He is there, of course, because he's a villain as well. A villainous, sadistic, homicidal maniac, as depicted in previous comics and the rest of the internet.

Ganondorf is wearing an Adidas shirt, but I changed the Adidas logo to a Triforce by stacking three Adidas logo's on top of each other.

Bowsette's boobs in the final panel are turnips from the Super Mario series. Peach can pull these turnips from the ground in Smash, so maybe she was in on the scheme as well? In any case, the symbolism works, since Bowser is supposed to be dressed as "his version of Peach" in this panel.

When a dude passes out during a party, I think the tradition is to draw all over him with sharpies. So the ever creative Smash villains added some poetry to Bowsette's outfit. "Waifu 4 Laifu" is a popular slogan to use when you're defending your favorite waifu, "BOWSETTE FOR SMASH" is... well, a call for Bowsette to be a playable character in Smash, and there's an arrow pointing at Bowsette's butt, along with the word "THICC". I think you know what that means.

Even though Bowsette's outfit is VERY crude and not that charming, Mario is still head over heels in love, as depicted in almost every other piece of Bowsette fanart. Peach won't have any of it though, and you can see her arm, keeping her man in check.

And lastly, Sakurai is drinking from a mug that says "#1 DADDY". This is a small and quick reference to "Daddy Sakurai", a popular nickname for him, which is especially often used when he treats us with reveal trailers or Nintendo Directs.
And that's all, folks! Hope you enjoyed these hidden details. I will see you all next week (even though I'll actually be in the jungle of Suriname!)!
Cheers,
Abel
