So my wife is a pharmacist and she's always said not to mix acetaminophen with alcohol because of the liver abuse you'll get. Acetaminophen is 1 of the ingredients in Excedrin, along with the caffeine that is likely going to keep them awake if they're taking the pills when they go to sleep. If they've switched to Advil for pain they're probably going to be overdosing on that by accident and giving themselves diarrhea or a stomach ulcer. Great episode!
