I wanted this comic to be as beautiful as possible because you don't get to draw the Avengers, the Mad Titan AND Edward Norton every day. That's why there's suddenly an extremely detailed background in the third frame. I passed the comic to our talented intern Charlot Hagenaars at that point and she took care of the coloring and shading of the backgrounds, so that I could fully focus on the Avengers (particularly Cap's beard and Norton's caricature). Note how the first rough sketch of Norton could basically be anyone. I can see some Jeremy Renner, Keanu Reeves, John Cusack and Adrien Brody in there.
